Start with the reason you are leaving
There is no single MEE6 alternative for every server. A community replacing MEE6 because of leveling portability needs a different product from a community replacing it for reaction roles, social alerts, moderation, or AI.
Guardy Bot is our recommendation when the reason is: “We want to leave, but we cannot reset everyone’s levels.” Its import flow is built around that risk. If the reason is “We need hundreds of reaction roles,” Carl-bot may fit better. If the reason is “We want AI image moderation and the longest free checklist,” PeakBot may fit better.

1. Guardy Bot: moving levels without a reset
Guardy Bot reads a public MEE6 leaderboard or a saved leaderboard JSON file. It checks every row, recalculates each level on its own copy of the MEE6 curve, and stops at a preview. The administrator chooses to replace values or keep the higher XP total, and only then is the import applied, all at once.
That preview is why Guardy Bot suits this particular switch: nobody should change a leveling system blind.

2. Carl-bot: complex role menus and utilities
Carl-bot’s current plan table lists 250 reaction roles on Free and 1,000 on Premium. Its established feature set also includes TagScript, logging, automod, suggestions, starboard, feeds, triggers, and custom commands. Guardy Bot should not pretend its supporting role-menu module is a replacement for that depth.
Guardy Bot may fit better when free leveling, MEE6 migration, a join gate, anti-nuke and panic controls, and one readable moderation record matter more than reaction-role scale.

3. Dyno: mature general server management
Dyno offers a broad free utility toolkit. Its “Free for Everyone” list names 25 custom commands, 10 autoresponders, three active giveaways, three forms, three reaction-role menus, three autoroles, one autodelete, and one automessage. Standard and higher tiers lift many limits, and Levels is a Standard Premium feature.
Dyno Free allows more custom commands (25 against Guardy Bot Free’s 20) and more forms (three against one). Both allow three concurrent giveaways. Guardy Bot now ships member appeals and temporary roles, while Dyno remains broader for teams that depend on its Kick, TikTok or Reddit feeds, autodelete, or established utility catalogue. Dyno’s entry plan is also cheaper: $5.99 a month. Guardy Bot may fit when the server wants free message and voice leveling, a MEE6 import you preview first, and moderation designed around cases, escalation, reversals, and how long records are kept.

4. Arcane: focused leveling variety
Arcane’s official matrix lists message and reaction XP on Free, along with 15 reward roles and weekly leaderboards. Premium adds voice XP, custom XP values, monthly leaderboards, unlimited reward roles, more custom commands, and custom bot branding.
Arcane offers reaction XP and custom rank images, and its free reward allowance of 15 is now level with Guardy Bot’s. Arcane Premium is $7 per month or $75 per year per server. Guardy Bot offers free voice XP, reviewed MEE6 migration, and a connected path from onboarding to moderation.

5. Lurkr: a portable leveling specialist
Lurkr documents MEE6 level and reward-role imports, a free export, detailed multipliers, and custom curves. That is a strong portability position. Its current docs also state that Amari import is unavailable because the upstream API was removed and Polaris is manual-only.
Choose Lurkr when leveling depth and the ability to export again are the whole job. Choose Guardy Bot when the import needs a preview before anything changes and the same bot must also cover onboarding and safety.

6. PeakBot: broad free scope and AI on Pro
PeakBot advertises more than 30 free features, including moderation, XP, tickets, welcome messages, reaction roles, logging, analytics, backups, and anti-nuke protection. Its pricing page lists no AI on Free or Starter. Pro adds an AI Server Builder, AI moderation for text and images, and AI analytics.
Both bots now ship AI. Guardy Bot puts AI Shield and AI Setup on every plan, Free included, and keeps AI bans waiting for a moderator by default. PeakBot’s AI needs a Pro plan, but it also moderates images. Choose PeakBot for that, or for backups. Choose Guardy Bot for free AI moderation and a checked MEE6 move.

MEE6 pricing is not one simple number
The MEE6 checkout is localized and promotion-sensitive. In the Netherlands on 27 August 2026, the regular prices shown were €11.99 monthly, €49.99 yearly, and €89.99 lifetime, with a 50 percent promotion also visible. A visitor in another market or on another date may see different currency, tax, or promotion terms.
MEE6 Premium, personal Pro, and MEE6 AI are separate services. MEE6 AI is image and text generation; MEE6’s help centre says it does not handle moderation. MEE6’s own Free vs Premium article, updated 16 June 2026, marks Levels, Moderation and Welcome messages as not on Free, though some third-party reviews still describe capped free features. Check the dashboard for your server before deciding.
Guardy Bot’s Premium price is $6.99 monthly or $59 yearly per server, and Lifetime is $99.99 once. MEE6’s €89.99 lifetime is cheaper. Guardy Bot’s AI credits are included in every plan.
A safe switching checklist
Before removing MEE6, save the server’s current plugin settings, role ladder, public leaderboard state, and channel permissions. Import a small known sample, compare members at several levels, and check reward-role hierarchy. Publish the new member instructions before disabling the old commands.
The right alternative is not the one with the longest feature page. It is the one that solves the specific reason your team wants to switch without creating a larger operational problem.
