One clear alert, with a link straight to the video, stream or post.
- An alert for each newly public YouTube video or Short, with the title, link and a large thumbnail.
- An alert when a creator starts an ordinary Twitch go-live, with the stream title, category and a large preview when Twitch sends one.
- Bring Kick streams to your community with a live announcement and a link straight to the creator’s channel.
- Follow a public HTTPS RSS or Atom feed for new blog posts, release notes or community news. Guardy posts the title and link, leaving the full story on the site.
- Add your own message before the alert, up to 200 characters, and an optional role ping. Guardy never falls back to @everyone, @here or a role you did not pick.

02Stay in control
Pause it, fix it, never guess
Each creator alert has one channel, and Guardy checks it before every post.
- Untick Watch this source to pause an alert without removing its creator, feed or channel.
- If the channel, a permission, the creator or the feed needs attention, the dashboard says what to fix, such as Needs destination or Needs permission. Guardy never posts somewhere else.
- Guardy saves each alert before posting and checks for it after an interrupted send, so a retry is unlikely to post twice.

What owners ask before they turn on Creator Alerts.
01Which YouTube events will Guardy alert for?
Newly public videos, including Shorts. YouTube live-start alerts are not included, and scheduled or upcoming videos are not posted as a live start.
02Can I get Kick live alerts in Discord?
Yes. Choose Kick, find the creator and pick a Discord channel. Guardy checks about every five minutes and posts a live announcement with a channel link. Streams already live when you add or resume an alert are skipped, and very short streams can be missed between checks.
03Can I send RSS or Atom updates to Discord?
Yes. Choose RSS and paste a public HTTPS feed URL in RSS 2.0 or Atom 1.0 format. Guardy checks about every five minutes and posts new entries with their title and link. Existing posts are skipped when you add a feed, so your channel starts with the next update.
04Can an alert mention a Discord role?
Yes, if you want one. Guardy pings the role only if it still exists and Discord lets it be mentioned when the alert goes out. If not, the alert can still post without the ping, and the dashboard shows what to fix.
05What happens if the channel or permissions change?
Alerts pause and the dashboard shows what is wrong, such as Needs destination or Needs permission. Guardy never posts them somewhere else in the meantime.
06How many creator alerts can a server configure?
Free runs one creator alert. Premium runs up to 100, shared across YouTube, Twitch, Kick and RSS. If you downgrade, extra alerts are kept but paused until you pick the one to keep on Free. Upgrading keeps the saved alerts ready for you to resume.
