Guardy Bot content should describe the current product and its evidence honestly. This page sets out how to flag a material factual issue.
What to report
Report a statement that is materially inaccurate, outdated, incomplete in a way that changes the decision, or incorrectly attributed. Include the page URL, the statement in question, and a source or explanation that helps the Guardy Bot Editorial Team assess it.
What happens next
The Guardy Bot Editorial Team reviews the reported statement against the available product or source evidence. If a material correction is made, the page can be updated to reflect the correction and its visible updated date can change. A correction may also require a page to be narrowed or removed from publication.
Where to send a report
Email support@guardybot.com with the page URL, the statement in question, and the supporting source or explanation. If email is not practical, you can also contact the Guardy Bot support server.
