Agreement and operator

These terms govern Guardy Bot, a Discord community product operated by Pixelheads B.V. in the Netherlands. By adding or using Guardy Bot after these terms enter into force, you agree to them. If you act for an organization or Discord server, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

The service

Guardy Bot awards eligible message and voice XP, calculates levels, displays rank cards and leaderboards, manages configured rewards, imports supported leveling data, provides private support tickets, and offers moderation, dashboard, privacy, and subscription controls. It also offers optional AI features (Guardy AI) that a server's administrators turn on. Features described as “planned” or “in development” are not part of the current service.

Features can vary by plan, Discord permissions, server configuration, and release stage. Server administrators remain responsible for their rules, configuration, ticket content and member notices, role hierarchy, permissions, imports, and decisions made from Guardy Bot output. Guardy Bot is not an emergency, safety, employment, or legal-record system.

Creator alerts and provider terms

This website uses YouTube API Services for Creator Alerts and Twitch developer services for public creator and stream information. By using Creator Alerts, you agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Service as well as these terms. The privacy policy explains the limited provider data used for alerts and links to the Google Privacy Policy. Creator Alerts does not ask users to connect personal Google or Twitch accounts.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must follow Discord's terms, minimum-age rules, and applicable law. You must not:

• abuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass Guardy Bot's access controls or rate limits;
• use Guardy Bot to harass, discriminate against, deceive, or unlawfully monitor people;
• submit or import data you do not have authority to process;
• probe another user, guild, credential, or infrastructure boundary; or
• use the service for unlawful activity or infringement.

A Premium server's custom bot name, avatar, or banner must not imitate Discord, Discord staff or system messages, or another bot; Guardy Bot may reset an identity that breaks this rule and remove that server's access to the feature.

Pixelheads B.V. may limit or suspend access to protect users, Discord, providers, Guardy Bot, or third parties, or in response to a material breach.

Plans and Founding Member access

Founding Member access was a limited early-adopter claim campaign. New claims are closed: no additional server can claim it. A server whose authorized Discord account claimed Founding Member access before the campaign closed keeps that entitlement permanently. It continues to unlock Guardy Bot's current core Premium features for that server without a card or renewal. It also receives Premium's monthly AI allowance. Guardy Bot may revoke a claim for abuse, fraud, a material breach of these terms, or a verified request by the claimant.

The price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and payment provider are shown before purchase. Stripe and/or Discord may process payment under their own terms. Cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, and statutory withdrawal rights follow the checkout terms, provider rules, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing here removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time purchase of $99.99 for one Discord server. It grants that server Guardy Bot's core Premium features permanently, with nothing to renew and no further payment for those features. It covers one server only and is not moved between servers on request. A Lifetime server receives Premium's monthly AI allowance for 12 months, starting on 26 September 2026 (the AI launch) or at purchase, whichever is later. After that, it keeps the Free AI allowance and can continue with separately purchased AI credits. Founding Member access is a separate, cardless entitlement: it unlocks the same core Premium features for one server, including Premium's monthly AI allowance, and holding one does not grant the other. Price, taxes, and payment provider are shown before purchase.

AI features are available on every plan and stay off until a server's administrators turn them on. Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance that resets at the start of each period and does not roll over: 150 AI credits on Free and 1,500 on Premium. Allowance sizes may change with notice. Once a paid server has used its allowance, it may continue with separately purchased AI credits when those are offered; their price and terms are shown before purchase. Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may reverse related unused credits.

Servers with Premium, Founding Member or Lifetime access can buy AI credit packs. Bought credits are used only after the monthly allowance runs out, carry over between periods, and expire 12 months after purchase; their price and terms are shown before purchase. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and does not replace a human moderator's judgment.

Availability and changes

Guardy Bot may change, add, or retire features and may experience maintenance or dependency outages.Pixelheads B.V. aims to operate and recover the service carefully but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Administrators should review import previews and settings before applying them and should not treat Guardy Bot output as their only backup.

Privacy and intellectual property

The privacy policy explains personal-data processing and member controls.Pixelheads B.V. and its licensors retain rights in Guardy Bot's software, design, branding, and content. Users retain rights in data they lawfully submit and grant Guardy Bot the limited permission needed to process it for the service.

Disclaimers and liability

Guardy Bot is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Pixelheads B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or opportunity, or loss caused by Discord, a server administrator, a payment provider, or events outside reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and liability for intent, fraud, or other non-excludable matters remain unaffected.

Ending use

You may stop using Guardy Bot or remove it from a server. Removal starts the guild-data retention process but does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; cancel through the provider shown at purchase. An active Founding Member claim remains registered after removal so the permanent core Premium benefit can be restored if Guardy Bot is reinstalled on the same server. The claimant may request revocation through the contact route below. Provisions that logically survive termination, including payment, privacy, intellectual property, disputes, and liability, continue to apply.
