01Build
Templates and custom forms
Start from a template, or build a form from scratch.
- Templates for a staff application, partnership request, feedback or event sign-up.
- Up to ten Discord questions: short text, long text, single choice or multiple choice.
- Choose who can apply, which roles are blocked, when someone may apply again, and optional open and close times.

02Apply
Members answer inside Discord
Members press Apply and answer in a private pop-up form. Nobody else sees it.
- Five fit on one screen; for six to ten, members tap a private Continue button for page two.
- Before they start, applicants see why you ask, who reviews it and how long it is kept.
- Members can check status or withdraw a pending submission at any time.

03Review
Private review queue
Reviewers claim, discuss and decide on the dashboard. Answers never show up in Discord alerts.
- Filter submissions, claim or assign them, and add staff-only notes the applicant never sees.
- Approve or decline once. Guardy can give or remove a role on approval, and tells the applicant by DM.
- Exports and taking over someone else’s claim stay with staff who have Manage Server.

01Do members complete a Guardy Bot form inside Discord?
Yes. Members answer privately in Discord. For six to ten questions, Guardy Bot saves the first five answers and shows a private Continue button that opens page two.
02Who can see submitted answers?
Only the reviewers you choose, and staff with Manage Server, can open the review queue in the dashboard. Discord alerts never include the answers.
03What happens after staff approve or decline a submission?
Guardy Bot records the decision, tells the applicant by DM that it was approved or declined, and can give or remove a role on approval. A reason you write stays with your reviewers. The dashboard shows whether the DM and role change went through.
04How many forms can I have?
Free includes 1 form at a time, and Premium has no limit. Drafts count; archive a form to free its place.
05How long are submissions kept?
Pending submissions are deleted after 30 days. Approved and declined ones are deleted 90 days after the decision. A withdrawn submission has its answers erased straight away.
