Invite Tracker · free on every plan
Know who is bringing people in, honestly.
Guardy works out the likely invite behind each join, counts real invites minus fakes and leavers, and rewards inviters with roles. A join it cannot match stays unknown.
- Know who brings people
- See the likely invite behind each join
- Real invites only
- Fakes and leavers are taken off the count
- Reward top inviters
- A role at the count you choose

01Likely invite
Likely, not guessed
Discord does not tell bots which invite a member used, so Guardy works it out from invite counts.
- When exactly one invite’s use count goes up for one arrival, Guardy records it as the likely invite and who made it.
- Joins at the same moment, through Server Discovery, the server widget, an app, or while Guardy was offline are recorded as unknown, not credited to someone.
- The Server activity join line and the join gate hold notice show the likely invite too.
Example join lines in Server activity: one matched to a likely invite, one left as unknown.
02Counts
Invites that count real members
Every member can check their own count, or the top 10, privately.
- Invites are joins minus members who left minus fake accounts.
- A join counts as fake when the account is younger than 7 days or leaves within 24 hours. You can change both.
- Counts cover the last 30 days on Free and 90 days on Premium.

03Rewards
Reward the members who bring people in
Give a role when an inviter reaches a number you choose.
- Free includes 3 reward roles and Premium has no fixed limit.
- Guardy adds reward roles and never removes them automatically, even if a count drops later.
- The dashboard lists every invite with its creator, uses and expiry. Staff with Manage Server can revoke one after confirming.
Example reward and fake-account settings on the dashboard.
Free vs Premium
Tracking is free. Premium adds room.

|---|---|---|
| Likely invite per join, counts, leaderboard and revoking invites | Included | Included |

Invite Tracker questions
Quick answers.
What owners ask before they turn on Invite Tracker.
01How does Guardy know which invite someone used?
By comparing invite counts. Discord does not tell bots which invite was used, so Guardy checks each invite’s use count before and after a join. When exactly one invite went up for one arrival, that invite is recorded as the likely one.
02Why do some joins show as unknown?
Unknown joins happen when several people join at almost the same moment, when someone joins through Server Discovery, the server widget, or an app that adds members, when an invite was used while Guardy was offline, or when Guardy is missing Manage Server. Guardy records these honestly instead of guessing.
03How is an inviter’s count calculated?
Invites are joins minus members who left minus fake accounts, counted within the history window: 30 days on Free and 90 days on Premium. A member who leaves within the fake-account window counts as fake rather than left. Check yours with /invites view.
04Will Guardy take a reward role away?
No. Guardy only adds reward roles and never removes them automatically, even if an inviter’s count later drops. It also skips a role that sits above its own highest role or is managed by an integration.
05What does Invite Tracker store?
The invite code, the inviter, the joining member, the join source, and the join and leave times. Rows are deleted after 30 days on Free or 90 days on Premium, and are included in data export and erasure requests.
