01Saved messages
Post now, edit later
Write a message on the dashboard, preview it, and post it to any channel.
- Plain text, an embed, or both, with up to 25 link buttons below.
- Fix a typo after posting: Guardy edits the message in place, so nobody loses the link.
- Use {server} and {channel} where you want names filled in.

02Scheduled
Schedules that post on their own
Pick a channel and a time, and Guardy posts it for you, once or again and again.
- Once, every day, every week on a day you pick, or every 15 minutes to 4 weeks.
- Times follow the time zone you choose, so 09:00 stays 09:00 when the clocks change.
- Never early. If Guardy was offline at the time, it posts once when it is back, not a pile of missed posts.

03Auto-replies
Answers that never sleep
When a message matches a trigger, Guardy posts the answer your staff already wrote.
- Match the exact message, a phrase it contains, or a wildcard like “how do i *”. Regex triggers are Premium only.
- Reply to the member or post in the channel, mention them with {user}, and optionally delete the trigger message.
- Limit it to channels or roles, and set a cooldown per member, per channel or for the whole server. Guardy never answers bots.
An example auto-reply rule on the dashboard. You can test a trigger against a sample message before you save.
04Sticky
Keep it at the bottom of the channel
A sticky message stays in view in a busy text channel.
- Guardy reposts it after 5 to 200 messages, or after 30 seconds to 24 hours.
- It posts the new copy first, then deletes the old one, so the channel is never without it.
- At most one repost every 30 seconds per channel, however fast the chat moves.

Messages questions
Quick answers.
What owners ask before they turn on Messages.
01What kinds of message delivery can I configure?
Four: a saved message you post now and can edit later, a scheduled message that posts once or repeats, an auto-reply that answers a trigger, and a sticky message kept near the bottom of a channel. Each one is written in the same editor, with text, an embed or both.
02How can an auto-reply match a message?
By the exact message, a phrase it contains, or a wildcard, on every plan. Regex triggers are Premium only. Each auto-reply can be limited to channels and roles, and has its own cooldown.
03How often can a scheduled message repeat?
Once, every day, every week on a day you pick, or every 15 minutes up to every 4 weeks, in the time zone you choose. It is never early, and after downtime it posts once rather than catching up on every missed post.
04How many messages are included on Free?
Free holds up to 2 of each kind: 2 saved, 2 scheduled, 2 auto-replies and 2 sticky messages. Premium removes those limits and adds regex triggers.
05What happens when the Messages module is turned off?
Schedules, auto-replies and stickies pause. Your saved messages and settings stay ready for when you turn it back on.
Say it once
Stop copy-pasting the same announcement.
