More personal commands, and birthdays for your community
Custom commands gain inputs and private replies, Premium adds reply choices and role actions, and Birthdays arrives free on every plan.
Custom commands that fit the conversation
Add one text input to a custom command and use the answer in its reply. Member names, display names, user IDs and your server’s member count can personalize text and embeds. You can also make the reply visible only to the member who ran the command. Inputs, variables and private replies are included on Free.
Premium adds matching text replies, random replies and one community role action per command. Matching replies use exact answers, ignoring capitalization and surrounding spaces. If a command uses matching replies, only a match gives the role; the default reply does not.
New commands start paused so you can review them before enabling. If Premium ends, commands using Premium options pause and keep their saved settings. See Custom Commands for examples and plan details.
A birthday worth celebrating
Birthdays is free on every plan. Choose a celebration channel and time, turn it on, and
members can opt in with /birthday set. Guardy posts a greeting on their birthday in
their saved timezone, with an optional cosmetic role that ends at local midnight.
Members share only a month and day, never their birth year or age. /birthday view
shows their saved date privately, and /birthday remove lets them opt out. Explore
Birthdays to get started.
Community events, Server Insights, configuration export and AFK
Plan events with RSVPs and waitlists, discover busy times, download your settings and set an away status. Four new features, free on every plan.
Give your community a reason to meet
Community events brings invitations, Going and Maybe responses, channel reminders and weekly repeats to Discord. Add an optional capacity and Guardy keeps a waitlist, moving members to Going as places open. Skip one week without cancelling the series. Members who can see the invitation channel can view the RSVPs and participant list.
Turn activity into your next plan
Server Insights shows recorded messages, member growth, busy days and hours, and activity across Guardy features in 7-day or 30-day views. Compare complete weeks once enough history has been collected. With enough recorded activity, Create event prefills a busy time for you to review.
Message and member-growth history starts when Guardy begins collecting it. Earlier activity is not reconstructed, and a busy time is not a prediction of attendance.
Keep a copy of your settings
Download configuration saves supported Guardy settings as a readable JSON file, with a list of what is included and excluded. Member records, RSVPs and stored service credentials stay out. Import and automatic restore are not included.
Step away without leaving people guessing
Use /afk with an optional reason and duration. Guardy tells people
who mention you that you are away, including your reason. Clear the status from the
private confirmation, send a normal message in that server, or let it expire.
All four features are free on every plan.
Kick live alerts join Creator Alerts
Let your Discord community know when a Kick channel goes live. Add a channel, choose where alerts go, and keep an optional message or role mention.
Bring your community to the stream
Creator Alerts now supports Kick alongside YouTube, Twitch and RSS. Choose Kick, enter a channel link or handle, and pick a Discord channel. Guardy announces when the creator goes live and links to their Kick channel. You can add a short message before the alert and an optional role mention.
Kick channels are checked about every five minutes, so very short streams can be missed between checks. A stream already live when you add or resume an alert is skipped. Alerts include the channel link, without a stream title or thumbnail.
Free includes one source and Premium includes up to 100, shared across YouTube, Twitch, Kick and RSS. Explore Creator Alerts or follow the setup guide (opens in a new tab).
RSS and Atom join Creator Alerts
Bring blog posts, release notes and community news into Discord with RSS and Atom feeds. One source is included on Free, with up to 100 on Premium.
New posts, without copying links
Creator Alerts now follows public RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0 feeds alongside YouTube and Twitch. Choose RSS, paste a public HTTPS feed URL and pick a Discord channel. Guardy posts new entries with their title and link. You can add a short message before the alert and an optional role mention.
Feeds are checked about every five minutes. Posts already present when you add or resume a feed are skipped, so old posts do not fill your channel. Alerts link back to the original site without copying article content or images.
Free includes one source and Premium includes up to 100, shared across YouTube, Twitch and RSS. Explore Creator Alerts or follow the setup guide (opens in a new tab).
Mod Assistant, Ticket AI and AI credit packs
Premium adds Mod Assistant for moderators, Ticket AI for support tickets and AI credit packs. Wrong call now also posts a removed message back.
Mod Assistant (Premium)
Mod Assistant briefs moderators on a member from your server’s own cases, notes, reports, appeals
and AI Shield checks, and drafts reasons, DMs and summaries. It never acts and never messages a
member. Use it in the dashboard or with /ai brief in Discord.
Ticket AI (Premium)
Ticket AI can answer a member’s first message from a panel’s FAQ, always with a Talk to a human button. It also suggests replies for staff and, on panels with Ticket AI switched on, adds a summary to the transcript when a ticket closes.
AI credit packs and Wrong call
Premium, Founding Member and Lifetime servers can buy AI credit packs. Bought credits are used after the monthly allowance and last 12 months. A Wrong call on AI Shield now also posts the removed message back. See Guardy AI.
Guardy AI: AI Shield and AI Setup, on every plan
AI Shield, an AI scam and spam filter, and AI Setup are live and opt-in. Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance, with 150 AI credits on Free.
AI Shield
AI Shield is an AI scam and spam filter. Your AutoMod rules run first, and AI Shield checks the messages they find suspicious. Every server starts with a 7-day watch-only week. After that you choose Remove & review or Remove & strike. Kicks and bans from AI strikes wait for a moderator unless you allow them.
AI Setup
Describe your server and AI Setup drafts channels, roles, permissions and which modules to switch on. You approve each change first, and you can undo a setup later.
Monthly AI allowance
Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance: 150 AI credits on Free and 1,500 on Premium. Lifetime servers get the Premium allowance for 12 months, then the Free one. See Guardy AI.
Invite Tracker is here, free
See which invite likely brought each member, count real invites without fake or departed accounts, and reward inviters with roles.
What it does
Invite Tracker shows which invite likely brought each new member and who created it. Each inviter’s count is joins minus members who left minus fake accounts, and reward roles are given when a count reaches the number you choose.
Honest about what Discord does not say
Discord does not tell a bot which invite someone used, so Guardy compares invite use counts when a member joins. When it cannot match a join, such as two people joining at the same moment or a join through Server Discovery, the join is recorded as unknown rather than credited to someone.
Limits and retention
Invite Tracker is a free module. Free includes 3 reward roles, and Premium has no fixed limit. Join history is kept for 30 days on Free and 90 days on Premium. Reward roles are added, never removed automatically. See Invite Tracker for the details.
New look for Guardy Bot's Discord posts
Welcome cards and a free welcome image, level-up cards with the rank card every 10th level, new giveaway cards, and a Premium post colour.
Redesigned Discord posts
Guardy Bot’s posts in Discord were redesigned:
- Welcome & Goodbye can post a welcome card or a welcome image for each new member, free on every plan, and a goodbye card.
- Level-ups post as a card, and every 10th level adds the member’s rank card image, free on every plan.
/levelsshows medals and your own place. Giveaways, ticket panels, verification panels and Starboard highlights have new cards.- A moderation case DM now includes an Appeal button.
Premium post colour
Premium servers can choose one accent colour for these posts on Settings → Bot identity. Free servers use Guardy orange.
Premium and Lifetime are on sale
Premium and Lifetime are purchasable now, in the dashboard or in Discord. Founding Member claims are closed; existing members keep Premium forever.
Premium and Lifetime are on sale
Premium is $6.99 monthly or $59 yearly per server. Lifetime is a one-time $99.99 purchase per server with nothing to renew. Both include everything on the pricing page.
Buy in the dashboard or in Discord
Choose a server in the Guardy Bot dashboard and pay by card for monthly, yearly, or Lifetime. Monthly and Lifetime can also be bought with Discord’s own purchase flow. A Discord Lifetime purchase is applied to one server from that server’s Subscription page, and the assignment is permanent. Yearly billing remains card-only.
Founding Member claims are closed
New Founding Member claims are closed. Servers that already claimed Founding Member access keep their permanent core Premium features, with no card and no renewal, exactly as before.
Safety stays free
Every AutoMod, moderation, join-gate, anti-nuke and panic feature remains free on every plan and always will. Paid plans add scale, longer records, and customization, never protection.
Custom Bot Identity for Premium servers
Premium servers can give Guardy Bot their own nickname, avatar and profile banner from the dashboard. No bot token and no second bot.
What Bot identity changes
On Premium, Settings → Bot identity changes how Guardy Bot looks in your server: a nickname, an avatar and a profile banner. Everything is set from the dashboard, so there is no Discord application to create and no bot token to paste.
Bot identity scope
The change applies only inside your server. Reset to Guardy Bot restores the normal look at any time. See Custom Bot Identity.
New Free limits for new setups
Free keeps every safety feature and every module. Some Free limits are lower for new setups, and what your server already runs above them keeps working.
What changed on Free
- Ticket panels: 3 → 1
- Open tickets at once: 25 → 10
- Forms: 3 → 1
- Saved, scheduled, auto-reply and sticky messages: 3 → 2 each
- Custom commands: 25 → 20
- YouTube & Twitch alert sources: 2 → 1
Every safety feature and every module stays free, forever. See pricing for every limit.
Your existing setup keeps working
If your server already has more set up than the new Free limits allow, all of it keeps working and stays editable, including YouTube & Twitch alert sources. The new limits only apply when you add something new.
YouTube & Twitch alerts are live
Post an alert when a YouTube channel publishes a new video or a Twitch channel goes live. One alert source on Free, 100 on Premium.
What the alerts do
YouTube & Twitch alerts posts to a channel you choose when a YouTube channel publishes a new public video, including Shorts, or when a Twitch channel goes live. You control the message and who is mentioned.
Alert limits
Free includes one alert source and Premium includes 100. See YouTube & Twitch alerts.
Forms & Applications is live, free
Ask members up to ten questions in Discord, review answers privately in the dashboard, and give roles on approval. One form on Free, unlimited on Premium.
What Forms does
Forms & Applications lets members apply or answer questions inside Discord, in native Discord forms of up to ten questions. Staff review each submission privately in the Guardy Bot dashboard and approve or decline it. Approval can give a role.
Forms privacy
Before a member starts, Guardy Bot shows the form’s purpose and who reviews the answers. Discord notifications only carry a link to the dashboard, never the answers.
Forms limits
Free includes one form and Premium has no fixed limit. See Forms & Applications.
Starboard is live
Repost the messages your members star most into a highlights channel that stays in sync. One starboard on Free, five on Premium.
What Starboard does
Starboard reposts a message to a highlights channel once it reaches the number of star reactions you choose. The highlight updates when stars are added or removed, and it links back to the original message.
Starboard limits
Free includes one starboard and Premium includes five. See Starboard.
Guardy Bot is live, and safety is free forever
Guardy Bot launched with ten public module guides, Founding Member claims run to 5 October 2026, free limits are raised, and Lifetime is planned at $99 once.
Live today
The September launch published ten module guides: AutoMod, Moderation, Welcome & Goodbye, Auto Roles, Levels, Tickets, Reaction Roles, Polls, Giveaways, and Custom Commands. The public catalog has since grown to twelve with dedicated Server activity and Messages guides.
Safety is free, forever
Every AutoMod, moderation, join-gate, anti-nuke and panic feature is free on every plan and will stay that way. Paid plans sell scale, longer records, and customization, never protection.
Free limits raised
- Role rewards: 10 → 15
- Custom commands: 10 → 25
- Concurrent giveaways: 1 → 3
- Case and audit history: 90 days
Founding Member
Claims stay open until 5 October 2026. One Discord account can permanently unlock the current core Premium features for one server, with no card and no renewal. Claims already made are permanent.
Lifetime, planned
Lifetime is decided: $99 once for one server, permanent core Premium, and AI as described in the terms. Like Premium, it is not purchasable yet. See pricing for what each plan includes.
August 2026 soft-launch build note
Guardy Bot's August build prepares the static site, migration guides, launch docs, legal drafts, and gated listing materials without claiming a public release.
Built locally
- A static Astro site with home, pricing, feature, migration, and dated comparison pages.
- Product documentation for quick start, leveling mechanics, and supported import paths.
- Privacy and terms drafts with a fail-safe publication banner.
- A top.gg submission pack whose slash-command list is checked against the deployment registry.
Product focus
Guardy Bot’s launch surface remains focused on portable Discord leveling: message and voice XP, MEE6-compatible levels, reward roles, rank cards, windowed leaderboards, privacy controls, and staged imports. Moderation and AI review pages remain clearly labeled as in development.
Not public yet
This is a build note, not a public-release announcement. Production installation, legal publication, the support server, hosting, and the top.gg listing remain Phase D or owner-gated actions. Empty launch configuration continues to render safe “Coming soon” states.
